Share a bill, denial letter, EOB, or describe the situation in your own words. The Case Agent reads everything, asks two or three short questions, and tells you what it sees — including a realistic recovery range. No commitment.

02 — Plan

A clear theory of the case.

The agent identifies the relevant protections — federal and state — drafts a strategy, and shows you the letters and filings it intends to send. You approve before anything goes out.

03 — Action

Certified mail. Tracked deadlines.

Letters go out by certified mail with return receipt. Filing deadlines, statutory windows, and response timers are tracked automatically. You will never miss a deadline because we forgot.

04 — Watch

We watch the inbox so you don't.

Responses are logged, parsed, and summarized. If the institution agrees, we close the loop. If they delay, ignore, or escalate, the agent escalates back — to a complaint, agency filing, or paralegal review.

05 — Resolve or refer

Most cases resolve without a lawyer.

When the dispute sits cleanly within software's range, we resolve it. When it crosses into territory that needs an attorney — class action, complex litigation — we say so and refer to a vetted lawyer in our network.
