If any of this is happening to you

We have the playbook for your exact situation.

Claim denied citing 'wear and tear' on damage from a clear storm event

Replacement-cost claim paid at actual cash value (depreciation never returned)

Insurer dragged the investigation past your state's prompt-payment deadline

Adjuster missed obvious damage that a public adjuster or contractor found

Hurricane / hail / water claim denied after months of delay

The law on your side

State Unfair Claims Settlement Practices

Authority

NAIC Model Act 900 · state bad-faith statutes

Every state has an Unfair Claims Practices Act. Bad-faith claim handling — unreasonable delay, lowballing, failure to investigate — is its own cause of action with consequential damages, attorney's fees in many states, and punitive damages in some.

The process

Three steps. The agent does the rest.

01

Send us the bill.

Upload the document — bill, denial letter, deposit itemization, collection notice. We read it, identify which protections in State apply to your specific facts, and tell you what we’d recover. Free triage.

02

Approve the plan.

We show you the theory of the case — which laws apply, which letters we’d send, what the recovery range looks like. Nothing goes out until you say go.

03

We do the rest.

Certified mail, deadline tracking, response parsing, escalation when ignored. You only hear from us when there’s a decision to make. Most cases resolve in under 30 days.

Questions, answered

Common questions.

  • On large claims (>$25K), often yes. Public adjusters typically take 10% but increase recovery by far more. We can refer when appropriate. For smaller claims, we draft the supplemental claim letter ourselves with the independent contractor estimate as the anchor.
